Founded by Richard Medley in 2018, HOUSING dynamics is a venture that’s built on an inherent understanding of the dynamics of the housing industry. We take the wealth of knowledge and expertise Richard has amassed over his career of nearly 30 years, including over 10 years as Director of Assets & Neighbourhoods within the consultancy of the Chartered Institute of Housing, and turn this into industry leading advice and solutions for housing businesses.  This includes the use of HOUSING dynamics‘ successful model for maximising the benefits of collaborative working to redesign business practices.   We work both independently and in partnership with others across the UK and Ireland. Our clients include housing landlords, contractor service providers, the Chartered Institute of Housing and government agencies.
